What you'll do

• Assist with overall program administration

• prepare alternative homework-session activities
• align homework sessions with school learning standards
• lead and supervise off-site trips
• support academic, cultural, and artistic projects
• cover activity specialists
• oversee youth behavior
• communicate program progress and challenges
• help ensure compliance with applicable program regulations and timelines.
