What you'll do

• Independently deliver comprehensive medical support for assigned clinical projects.
• Lead medical monitoring activities including protocol review and Medical Monitoring Plan development.
• Provide strategic medical leadership by identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and review critical study documents including clinical protocols and safety plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain advanced expertise in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Provide medical input into pharmacovigilance workflows.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Participate in departmental and team leadership initiatives.
