What you'll do

• Advise clients on private fund formation, structuring, and operations
• draft and negotiate fund formation and investment management documents
• counsel investment managers on regulatory, governance, and operational matters
• represent sponsors across alternative investment vehicles
• support fund launches, capital raising, and ongoing operations
• collaborate with tax, corporate, finance, and regulatory attorneys
• and participate in business development and client relationship building.
