Claims Intake Specialist

This work helps ensure claims are complete, properly categorized, and ready for review, investigation, and resolution.

What you'll do

• Receive, review, and document incoming claims, incidents, and inquiries
• gather information from stakeholders, field teams, vendors, customers, and other parties
• maintain claim records and supporting documents
• organize and categorize files
• communicate with internal departments, legal/risk teams, insurers, third-party administrators, and partners
• track deadlines and missing information
• identify issues for escalation
• assist with reports and correspondence
• protect confidential information
• identify process improvements.
