What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health and educational and environmental needs
• document assessments and care plans
• communicate significant changes to the interdisciplinary team
• administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids
• notify physicians using SBARR
• monitor care-plan delivery
• assist with call lights and activities of daily living
• work at Bethesda locations in varied care settings.
