The OB Hospitalist Site Director role is onsite in Tacoma, WA. Compensation is not specified. The role supports an OB Hospitalist program focused on quality care and value-based clinical and operational objectives. The director oversees program operations, builds working relationships across hospital and clinical teams, and helps ensure the program meets hospital and organizational objectives. The position also includes clinician development, policy communication, and at least five 24-hour (or equivalent) hospitalist shifts per 28-day period.

What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• maintain relationships with hospital medical, nursing, and administrative staff and the physician and CNM hospitalist team
• collaborate with clinical and operational leaders
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce policies
• address minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• identify ways to increase Labor and Delivery utilization. Travel to the hospital as needed. Work at least five 24-hour or equivalent shifts per 28-day period.
