The role develops restaurant operations and leadership skills while supporting service, food safety, team training, sales, food cost, labor, and asset security. The trainee also performs general team-member duties, including preparing products, processing phone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility.

What you'll do

• Support restaurant operations and work toward 5 Star Status
• review daily sales, food cost, and labor
• ensure food safety compliance and team-member training
• maintain customer service
• motivate staff
• protect cash, inventory, and other assets. Perform general duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing phone orders, taking inventory, and cleaning.
