The role operates the Pelbo machine and helps coordinate packaging work so production runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety, quality, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. It also supports training, production records, and communication across shifts.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor the Pelbo machine and conveyor
• prevent jams
• clean and sanitize equipment as needed
• give work direction to packaging operators and utility staff
• coordinate production flow with processing and packaging leads
• maintain accurate production and USDA records
• follow safety, GMP, HACCP, SOP, SSOP, and USDA requirements
• support training and sanitation.
