What you'll do

• Provide services in accordance with state and federal nursing center regulations and public health rules
• participate in pre-admission assessments
• conduct admission, monthly, and periodic resident reviews
• review and revise assessments and care plans
• assist residents with medical, dental, and laboratory appointments
• participate in staff development
• implement fire safety and disaster preparedness procedures
• supervise, evaluate, and direct employees.
