What you'll do

• Maintain training databases, materials, and paper and electronic records
• ensure records and documents meet current Quality System requirements and GMP/GDP practices
• coordinate training between production lines and initiators
• schedule sessions, track attendance, and follow up on completions
• support production training requests
• provide updated released controlled copies to the production floor
• lead or assist with new-process, refresher, and onboarding training
• train and mentor new Training Coordinators
• support training-related document and process projects.
