Vocational Counselor I

What you'll do

• Identify individuals’ strengths, interests, and career goals
• develop personalized employment plans and provide career guidance
• assist with resumes, applications, interviews, job readiness, and onboarding
• provide one-on-one and on-the-job coaching
• build relationships with local employers and identify employment opportunities
• support workplace accommodations, assistive technology, and natural supports
• connect individuals with community and employment resources
• maintain documentation and track progress.
