What you'll do

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision
• complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry
• perform maintenance work for make-ready units
• repair or replace general fixtures and components such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry
• clean and maintain outside landscape areas
• inspect building systems and report deficiencies
• follow company safety programs.
