The Lead Sign Installer role is onsite in Fond du Lac, WI, with field work at customer sites. Compensation is $30–$38 per hour. Signarama’s Fond du Lac facility is its primary fabrication and installation hub and supports a multi-location Wisconsin operation. The role leads commercial sign installation crews and takes ownership of jobsite preparation, safe execution, and workmanship. It coordinates with project managers, customers, contractors, electricians, and other trades to complete installations.

What you'll do

• Lead commercial sign installation crews
• install commercial and architectural signage
• operate cranes, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, trailers, and installation equipment
• review job requirements and ensure crews have needed materials and tools
• read drawings and take measurements
• determine mounting methods
• rig and handle sign components safely
• troubleshoot field challenges
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• train less-experienced installers
• maintain safety, workmanship, equipment-care, and professionalism standards.
