What you'll do

• Assist with internal application, report, and integration support
• write, update, or test basic SQL queries and reports
• support Epicor Prophet 21 ERP and investigate issues
• help develop or document automation solutions
• participate in software testing and deployment validation
• document code, reports, workflows, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
