What you'll do

• Deliver targeted small-group ELA and mathematics instruction to K–3 students
• plan and implement data-driven interventions
• administer and review assessments
• maintain digital records for tutoring sessions, assessment results, instructional activities, and progress
• document progress toward academic goals
• maintain attendance records
• use Excel and Word for tracking and reports
• keep records updated for administrative review
• collaborate with classroom teachers
• assist with transitions and make-up sessions as needed.
