What you'll do

• Support application generation, admission decisions, and yield for transfer, off-cycle first-year, and non-traditional students
• manage assigned recruitment territories
• advise prospective students, families, and transfer advisors
• develop and execute transfer recruitment plans and event budgets
• represent the college at recruitment events
• coordinate advising and course registration
• maintain student and transfer-credit records and systems
• build transfer-advisor networks
• present information sessions and participate in college events
• supervise and train graduate fellows.
