HVAC Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including inspections, cleaning, and tune-ups
• identify potential issues and recommend solutions
• check and test thermostats, filters, coils, and electrical connections
• meet safety standards and company quality expectations
• maintain accurate service records
• communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• support the service team with basic repairs as needed
• maintain clean work areas and company equipment.
