• Identify customer technical challenges and adoption barriers

• report product gaps and advocate for resolution
• promote Sonar’s code quality and security methodology
• support customer sponsors
• communicate roadmap updates and gather feedback
• encourage adoption by additional development teams
• audit deployments and drive remediation plans
• contribute technical strategy to account plans
• conduct quarterly business reviews with sales representatives
• maintain product expertise.
