Traveling Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Provide maintenance coverage at properties with staffing gaps or pending projects
• collaborate with maintenance and area management leaders to maintain customer service
• identify and prioritize projects and solicit pricing
• execute capital projects as directed
• support staff development
• use maintenance tools and equipment
• perform after-hours service calls and occasional overtime as required.
