• Design, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments
• administer Cisco Meraki switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and dashboards
• configure firewalls, VLANs, QoS, routing, and DMZ architectures
• monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity
• maintain network documentation
• administer Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, Azure resources, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• implement Conditional Access and MFA
• and resolve collaboration-platform incidents.
