Senior Commercial Manager — Nuclear Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day commercial management for projects and workstreams
• develop commercial plans, governance processes, procedures, templates, and reporting
• manage budgets, forecasts, commitments, accruals, contingency, and financial reporting
• administer contracts and support payment certification and dispute avoidance
• manage change control and commercial evaluation
• support procurement and contract formation
• identify and mitigate commercial risks
• prepare reports and presentations
• mentor junior commercial staff. SOX control responsibilities may apply.
