Human Resources Associate — Remote

The Human Resources Associate — Remote role is remote within the United States, with pay of $30–$40 per hour and up to 40 hours per month. Cause Capacity partners with nonprofits and small businesses to strengthen their people, systems, and operations. The associate provides day-to-day HR operations support across multiple clients, helping ensure payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and policy processes are accurate and organized. The work enables client organizations to maintain effective people practices as they grow or navigate change.

What you'll do

• Administer HRIS and payroll systems
• process payroll, audits, reports, and compensation changes
• support benefits administration and open enrollment
• coordinate onboarding, offer letters, background checks, employee records, and orientation
• support offboarding and terminations as applicable.
