• Own client success for a portfolio of accounts
• lead onboarding, adoption, ongoing success, and renewal support

• build product knowledge, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate when needed
• contribute to documentation and onboarding materials
• partner with Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams
• conduct account check-ins and business reviews.
