Infant Lead Teacher

The Infant Lead Teacher role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with pay of $22 per hour and a full-time Monday–Friday schedule. The Learning Experience – Worcester is seeking an EEC-certified teacher to lead an infant classroom and provide nurturing care and early learning experiences. The teacher leads classroom routines and developmental activities, provides responsive care, observes milestones, and maintains a safe and organized environment. The role supports infants’ early language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development while building consistent communication with families.

What you'll do

• Lead daily routines and educational experiences
• provide feeding, diapering, nap, and individualized schedule care
• create age-appropriate sensory and developmental learning experiences
• encourage early development
• observe and document milestones
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• collaborate with assistant teachers
• communicate with families
• maintain classroom records and follow Massachusetts EEC licensing, health, and safety requirements.

Why this role
