The Ecological Restoration Technician I, II, & III role is onsite, with positions in Arlington Heights, IL, and St. Charles, IL. What you'll do

• Clear brush and prepare sites
• install native plants, seed, and erosion-control materials
• mow and hand-pull weeds
• apply herbicide to control invasive species
• perform prescribed fire activities. Work may involve difficult terrain and adverse weather.

Why this role

Standard work week is Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours per day, usually starting at 6 a.m.; same-day transportation between job sites is provided. Seasonal positions are available, and outstanding seasonal employees may be considered for permanent positions.
