What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients
• manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across property and casualty and life and health lines
• gather underwriting information and prepare submissions
• maintain carrier relationships
• support account renewal and retention
• maintain accurate AMS360 records
• collaborate with producers, senior client managers, and internal stakeholders
• handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and routine service items.

Why this role

Active state-issued property and casualty and/or life and health insurance license required; 1–2 years of insurance, customer service, or related experience preferred; AMS360 or similar system familiarity is a plus.
