Personal Trainer

What you'll do

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized programs based on client goals and abilities
• instruct clients on exercise technique, form, and equipment use
• monitor sessions for safety and injury prevention
• adjust programs to promote progress
• track client progress and maintain training documentation
• maintain CPR/AED certification and required credentials
• follow center policies and emergency protocols
• keep training areas clean and hazard-free
• promote personal training services and collaborate with the Fitness & Wellness Manager.
