Project Coordinator – Engineering and Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Provide administrative and coordination support across concurrent projects
• assist with kickoff preparation, documentation, and internal communication
• maintain project records, schedules, and documentation in ERP, CRM, and project systems
• track milestones and deadlines and escalate risks
• support order processing, contract documentation, proposals, pricing coordination, and customer correspondence
• coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance
• schedule meetings and document action items
• prepare status reports and dashboards
• identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
