What you'll do

• Resolve escalated customer issues by phone and email
• research complex payroll issues for Payroll Customer Support, HR, and timekeepers at posts
• provide feedback on priority cases to management and on resolved tickets to support staff
• monitor escalations through resolution
• document cases in the Document Imaging System
• process Level 2 cases involving nonpayment, overpayment, or underpayment
• maintain call transcript logs
• support projects and occasional automation tools.

Why this role

Requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university and a Secret security clearance or eligibility to qualify. The schedule is an eight-hour shift between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with a non-compensated 45-minute lunch; additional hours may be required with authorization.
