What you'll do

• Guide and support team members

• report payer metrics and updates to management
• identify process improvements and assist with directed tool or process changes
• participate in huddles and operational meetings as needed
• document recurring issues and payer trends
• manage A/R follow-up, including complex claims and high-dollar drug claims
• protect patient information and follow applicable policies and regulations.
