Community Liaison / Marketing Liaison — Home Health and Hospice

Job overview

The Community Liaison / Marketing Liaison role is field-based in Splendora, TX, with stated pay of $22–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Develop relationships with healthcare and community referral sources
• promote home health and hospice services
• generate referrals
• conduct visits, presentations, and educational programs
• identify referral opportunities
• attend community events
• educate sources about services, admission criteria, Medicare guidelines, and eligibility
• assist with referrals and admissions
• coordinate with intake and clinical teams
• track activity and referral outcomes
• maintain reports
• follow Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and agency policies.
