The Supportive Living Companion — Bauxite role is onsite in Bauxite, AR, with a Saturday and Sunday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; pay is $12.66–$13.16 per hour. The role exists to help consumers build and maintain self-help, socialization, adaptive, and independent-living skills. It contributes by providing planned activities and support, documenting services, and reporting incidents or changes affecting the individual.

What you'll do

• Provide services and activities in the consumer’s home and community according to person-centered plan goals
• support independent living, home management, cooking, cleaning, socialization, and supported employment skills
• follow incident-reporting procedures
• complete activity logs and required documents
• report changes affecting the individual
• remind the consumer about medication when necessary
• complete required training and maintain personnel documentation.
