The role coordinates with case management, property management, and facilities teams to support tenants’ self-sufficiency and ensure high-quality support around the clock.

What you'll do

  • Supervise evening and overnight residential counselors and house managers
  • coordinate mobile evening counselor coverage
  • oversee program content and implementation of best practices
  • hire, evaluate, train, and support supervisees
  • ensure compliance with licensing and legal requirements
  • monitor training and safety
  • mediate tenant issues
  • coordinate with internal departments
  • lead in crisis situations and participate in the on-call rotation.
