Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper role is onsite in Fair Oaks, IN. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The groundskeeper performs year-round landscaping and outdoor maintenance, including turf, plants, water features, structures, and seasonal snow removal. The work supports a safe and welcoming campus and may include assisting with campus-wide events.

What you'll do

• Keep campus areas free of litter and clean spills from walkways
• maintain water features
• perform seasonal landscape cleanups
• operate blowers, string trimmers, chainsaws, and mowers
• trim and edge turf
• plant and maintain ornamental plants and trees
• perform landscaping and hardscaping
• apply pesticides and fertilizers
• repair outdoor structures
• operate a utility vehicle safely
• assist with winter snow removal and campus events.
