What you'll do

• Respond promptly to guest needs and maintain positive guest relations
• follow lost-and-found and emergency procedures
• deliver clean linen bundles and remove soiled linens
• take soiled bundles to laundry
• collect dining ware
• strip rooms when needed
• remove property trash
• stock and organize housekeeping stations
• assist with laundry removal, unit cleaning, and deep-cleaning projects
• track linens and supplies
• report maintenance issues and room discrepancies
• keep supplies and equipment secure and ready.
