Youth Strength Coach

Job overview

The Youth Strength Coach role is onsite in Edmonds, WA, and pays $20–$25 per hour. Compensation is hourly, with flexible scheduling based on center needs. KidStrong Edmonds runs a science-based children’s training program focused on physical, cognitive, and character development. The coach leads classes for children from about 12 months through age 11, delivering the monthly curriculum and supporting safe, engaging development through movement and exercises. The role also includes communicating with families, recording class information, maintaining the center, and attending required training and staff meetings.

What you'll do

• Coach classes of 6–15 children
• teach the provided curriculum
• demonstrate and manage exercises
• greet children and parents or guardians
• keep classes on schedule
• record class data in the coach app
• maintain center cleanliness
• communicate with coworkers
• attend training and staff meetings
• assist parents of children age 3 and younger with class flow.
