What you'll do

• Provide light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces
• prepare nutritious meals and snacks and encourage hydration
• support clients with medication management, appointment scheduling, and other daily tasks
• maintain accurate client care and service records
• collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
• interact with clients and colleagues with compassion, integrity, and respect.
