What you'll do

• Prepare handmade sandwiches, salads, baguettes, hot food, and barista drinks to Pret standards

• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety and health and safety rules
• keep work areas clean
• set up and maintain equipment
• complete temperature checks and equipment tests.
