What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations
• document incidents, observations, and daily activities.
