What you'll do

• Manage Parts & Accessories employees and operations
• maintain inventory and review stock orders
• ensure service department needs are met
• train and coach staff
• oversee inventory control and Open to Buy
• establish procedures for ordering, receiving, displaying, and selling merchandise
• review inventory and Open to Buy reports
• recruit and hire staff
• develop sales promotions and departmental objectives
• manage schedules, assignments, and performance reviews
• report to the Dealer Principal or General Manager as requested.
