What you'll do

• Keep waiting customers informed, answer calls and inquiries, explain services and service-order tickets, process payments, assist with customer complaints, maintain the waiting and front-office areas, organize paperwork, enter vendor shipments, and perform courtesy work and general center cleaning as needed.
