The Assistant Manager role is onsite in Chouteau, OK. Pay is $14 to $16 per hour. The position supports a high-energy convenience store and its day-to-day customer service and operations. The assistant manager helps run store operations, leads and coaches team members, and steps in as acting manager when the Store Manager is away. The role also supports inventory, merchandising, scheduling, cash handling, and store cleanliness, with open availability for weekends, holidays, and primarily second or third shifts required.

What you'll do

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations
• run the register and assist customers
• coach team members on product and promotion upselling
• help hire, train, and lead staff
• act as manager when the Store Manager is off
• handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• maintain store and exterior cleanliness
• create team schedules
• handle cash, deposits, and store financials.
