Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher

The Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with compensation of $14–$17 per hour. The assistant teacher partners with classroom teachers to create a safe, welcoming learning environment and implements the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® in ways suited to each child. The role also communicates children’s progress to families and supports center enrollment and engagement goals.

What you'll do

• Partner with classroom teachers to create an engaging classroom
• implement the L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children
• provide a safe and nurturing environment
• communicate children’s activities and achievements to parents
• collaborate with center staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement goals.
