What you'll do

• Support teams across Shipping, Receiving, Production, Maintenance, and Inventory
• coordinate inbound and outbound transfers between warehouses and event destinations
• prepare truck departures by verifying staging, manifests, and readiness
• coordinate material movement and transfer schedules
• verify quantities and documentation
• identify and escalate shortages, damage, and workflow concerns
• communicate status and support safety and warehouse standards.
