What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge
• coordinate patient flow and communicate with patients, families, physicians, and teammates
• verify patient identity, procedure site, consent, and records
• ensure the surgical time-out process
• document procedures
• prepare cases and preference cards
• monitor aseptic technique
• position patients safely
• account for sponges, needles, and instruments
• label specimens
• maintain supplies
• assist physicians and anesthesia personnel
• support room turnover and staff orientation.

Why this role
