Warehouse Manager — Supply Chain, Day Shift

What you'll do

• Lead warehouse supervisors
• monitor warehouse performance and compliance with operating procedures
• develop and implement solutions to operational issues
• establish and execute plans to meet production schedules
• promote safety compliance and employee development
• recruit for vacancies
• ensure forklift-driver training and certification and equipment maintenance
• maintain housekeeping
• manage the warehouse budget
• coordinate shipping and receiving strategies with production, scheduling, and customer service
• manage seasonal staffing and product storage.
