Account Manager – Landscape Maintenance

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial landscape clients
• ensure timely, high-quality service
• lead and support maintenance crews through dispatch, workload planning, coaching, and performance management
• inspect properties and communicate findings and action plans
• develop proposals and bids for additional services
• generate referrals and new business
• grow the branch contract base
• partner with branch leadership on retention, quality, growth, employee development, and profitability.
