What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans and learning experiences
• lead classroom routines and sustainable education practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• mentor and coach assistant teachers
• support staff training and performance feedback
• communicate with families and participate in conferences and events
• maintain required certifications and report suspected child abuse, neglect, or endangerment as a mandated reporter.
