Maintenance Technician II — Woodbury Place I & II

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• complete repairs and resident work orders
• prepare units for occupancy
• perform quarterly preventive maintenance
• maintain curb appeal
• assist neighboring properties
• obtain supplies
• report safety concerns
• participate in required training and conferences
• be available for after-hours on-call work.
