The Proposal Writer is a full-time, onsite role in Folsom, CA, with a stated salary of $65,000–$90,000 per year plus bonus opportunities. R.E.Y. Engineers’ Marketing team presents the firm’s people, expertise, and experience to support new opportunities. Working under the Senior Marketing Coordinator, the Proposal Writer develops and coordinates proposals and other marketing materials. The role gathers information from project managers and technical staff, tracks pursuit requirements and deadlines, and maintains content and CRM information to support business development and the firm’s brand standards.

What you'll do

• Assist with writing, design, proofreading, and production of proposals, SOQs, and presentations
• coordinate with marketing, project managers, technical staff, and external partners
• track pursuit schedules and required materials
• review RFP/RFQ requirements for compliance
• write and update project descriptions and staff resumes
• maintain the content library and information systems
• enter and maintain CRM data and link records with project and proposal information.
